I am a dancer, a runner, a teacher, a speaker, an author, a cook, and most importantly, I am someone who believes in the power of self-care and personal growth. I know what it’s like to feel pulled in a hundred directions, to give so much to others that you forget to pour into yourself. But here’s the truth. You are more than your responsibilities. You are more than what the world expects of you.
